Here are a few fun facts about sleep… Did you know that the longest period of time spent without sleep is 11 days… imagine that! It is said that sleeping for less than 7 hours each night can in fact shorten your life expectancy as your body/ brain is not being provided with the time it needs to rejuvenate properly.
Back when times were not as advanced as today people were appointed to go around to clients homes in order to act as their alarm clock, tapping on the windows outside their bedroom’s until they awoke. Sea otters are already unbelievably adorable but they have most deffinatly just risen in the rankings, to avoid drifting away from friends/ partners they hold hands!
