Positive thinking actually helps to relieve any built up stress/ strains.. everything has a solution..so why worry? Being optimistic is associated with the heart.. the less strain you allow to engulf you the happier your heart is! Being happy helps to alleviate any risk of cardiovascular disease despite of your weight, your smoking status and even your age. Positive attitudes help in every aspect of life especially relationships you build.. people are much more accepting of others who are positive as opposed to a pessimist, this is simply due to the fact that they focus on the good aspects of life rather than the negative. People pick up on other’s emotions and often can dictate the mood of another, would you not rather be around a happy person? Being positive is all we can aim to be, when were happy, our bodies are happy!
