Have you ever thought that going out for a meal always tends to be a similar experience? Well apparently it does not have to be, when it comes to some restaurants they do things out of the ordinary, for example there is one restaurant that serves up their food in a haunted cave, one that serves for only two people at a time and one of the craziest is the restaurant that serves their food 100ft above the ground.
Most restaurants that want to have a nice view would set up in a high floor of a skyscraper but not this one, Dinner In The Sky takes the idea of having a nice view one step further by having no walls, windows, doors or lift. Instead they hoist their guests into the air by a special table that is attached to a crane. Their tables generally seat up to 22 people and are lifted 100ft into the air, it is not quite dinning in the stars but it will certainly take your feet off the ground.
The diners of this restaurant are strapped into their seats and can watch as the chef and assistants produce their meals at a preparation space in the middle of the table. If you were thinking that it might be too quiet without any music do not worry, you are able to hire a second table to be elevated alongside you for violinists or DJ’s to preform on.
