Cauliflower is also rich in phytonutrient nutrients, along with promoting good health these nutrients help to prevent certain cancers which include ovarian, prostate and cervical. Cauliflower also helps those that are dieting to lose weight.

You can also boil them, to get the best from this vegetable boil in salt water, do not overcook because then the number of nutrients contained in it will be lost, especially vitamin C.”
